We’re excited to roll out MAIA Sync Settings, a major update replacing our previous Price Condition Summary system. It’s built to greatly simplify your experience and keep your music moving.

What’s new:

  • No need to reapprove changes - Set your reference price and restrictions as usual. If other rights holders on the same work change theirs, the platform automatically adjusts to reflect the highest price and all combined restrictions (MFN) - no need to reapprove changes.

  • Availability control - this new feature lets you choose whether your work (or share of a work) is Ready or Not Ready to go live on the MAIA Universe. Once everyone with a share have marked the song as Ready, the music will be is visible to music buyers.

  • Bulk edit - Restrictions and Approval policy are now available to bulk edit, together with Reference price

What’s different from before?
Previously, any change by a rights holder would take songs offline until everyone reapproved the changes. With MAIA Sync Settings, songs stay live and visible to buyers and the platform handles adjustments automatically.

The big picture:
Our goal with MAIA Sync Settings is simple - to make managing your catalog easier and faster.
