When managing your songs in our platform, you’ll notice different catalouge statuses. These indicate where your track is in the onboarding process and what actions you can take.

Onboarding

  • What it means: Some critical metadata is missing (e.g., label contract, writers shares, WAV file, or contact details).

  • What you can do at this stage:

    • Only edit your sync settings (prices, conditions, restrictions) by clicking the ✏️ pencil icon.

  • Important: Works in Onboarding cannot go live until all required information is complete.

Review & Approve

  • What it means: Only visible to the person in your company with final approval rights.

  • What you can do:

    • Check the price, conditions, and restrictions for each track by clicking Review.

    • If everything looks good, click Approve.

    • If changes are needed, click the ✏️ pencil icon to adjust sync settings before approving.

  • Important: A track goes live only after all rights-holders approve.

Pending 3rd Party

  • What it means: You’ve approved the current settings, but other rights-holders haven’t yet.

  • What happens next:

    1. If they approve, no further action is needed from you.

    2. If they make changes (e.g., increase the price or add restrictions), you may be asked to re-approve.

Instant Approval / 48h Approval

  • What it means: The song is now public-facing and available for sync licensing.

  • Instant Approval: The song can be licensed immediately.

  • 48h Approval: The song can be licensed, but you’ll have a 48-hour window to give final approval.

Good to Know

  • You can update your settings at any time.

  • If you change your price or restrictions, other rights-holders may need to re-approve (our platform follows Most Favored Nation (MFN) rules).

👉 That’s it! By understanding these statuses, you’ll know exactly when your works are ready to go live and what steps (if any) are needed from you.
