We’re so glad you want to become a part of the ✨ MAIA Universe ✨ community by having your music available for sync licensing opportunities on our platform. In order to get your music onboarded there are a couple of steps that follow.
Steps to onboard your music
1. We need an agreement with yourself, your label and/or your publisher in order to get your music live on the platform. Fill in all relevant information using the links below:
2. Once an agreement is signed, you will then receive an email with our Music Ingestion Master-sheet (MIM). Please begin filling out this sheet with as much detail as possible in both the LABELS & PUBLISHERS tabs. Some of the information we will need from you includes:
Links to WAV files for your music (we recommend including instrumentals)
Lyrics
ISRC codes
Songwriter names
Songwriter IPI numbers
Songwriting splits
Release Date
These are just a few examples and the more info you can provide in the MIM the better.
3. Return the MIM to the MAIA Universe team.
4. We will send you an account activation email once we have onboarded your music.
5. Create a MAIA Universe account and choose the Price, Restrictions and Approval Policy for you song(s).
