To ensure your music is ready for licensing success, here's a handy guide to the assets and file formats we need:

Track Files ⚡️

  • Original Version: 16-bit or 24-bit WAV file.

  • Instrumentals - optional but highly recommended 🌟

  • Lyrics: a link to the song lyrics (if applicable) 📖

  • Language: Don’t forget to specify the language of the lyrics 🌍

Why are instrumentals recommended? 🎶

An instrumental version of your song (one without vocals) is highly recommended for several reasons. It allows for greater flexibility in licensing opportunities, such as film, TV, and commercials. A lot of music supervisors and content creators prefer instrumentals to avoid vocal interference with dialogue.

💡 Pro Tip: Submitting high-quality and complete materials ensures a smoother licensing process and gives your music the best chance to shine! ✨
